| MELINDA MCDOWELL - PERSONAL CARE PROVIDER | ||
| Hi, I'm Melinda. I'm a caregiver here at Prairie Pines and I love what I do. I like to hear what the residents have to say. I enjoy finding out what they like to do and then see if I can help get that started here as an activity. The stories they share teach us and let us know what it was like when they were growing up. The stories remind me of stories my grandparents told. I like to think of all the residents as if they are my own grandparents. I really enjoy taking care of them. From time to time, I also have fun preparing the resident's meals. I am currently studying for QMAP testing. | ||
