Hi, I’m Pam Weirich,
the Administrator at Prairie Pines. I am blessed to have this
opportunity to share in the lives of so many amazing people. Each resident
and team member has a unique way of wiggling into your heart and blessing
it. I love my job! My boss told me the other day that I need to pay them … I
was having too much fun! My management and entrepreneurial skills include over 30 years of business management experience. During this time, I have been known as a business consultant/trouble shooter for the County Fair and Rodeo as well as for the County Extension Office. As a licensed Assisted Living Administrator, I bring to the position proven leadership abilities, as well as team building and personnel management skills. I recognize that no business can be successful without the dedication and hard work of the staff. I'm blessed to be able to use my organizational skills, communication skills, people skills and many years of experience to my work in geriatric care management. I have been married for over thirty years to my high school sweetheart and have three children. I have three grandchildren that are the light of my life. I have lived in the Eads community all my life and enjoy all that small communities have to offer. I am very involved in our church, I love to read and spend time with my family and friends. |

Hi, my name is Peggy
Dunlap. I was raised and graduated high school in Eads, but left in
1980 to go to the big city. I have four children and three
grandchildren all living in the Denver area. I feel very blessed to
have the opportunity to help and get to know the residents at Prairie Pines.
They are teaching me what "true friendship" is all about. They have
all become like family to me. I feel working here is a way to "give
back" to the community. They were my 4-H leaders, Sunday school teachers and other
adult positions that had a lot to do with me growing up and being the person
I am today. Thank you again Prairie Pines residents. |
